By using our services—including but not limited to TextCloaker and TextCloaker Premium—you ("you", "the user", "customer") agree to the following Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not access or use any part of the platform.

1. Use of Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not:

• Use the service for any purpose that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law;
• Use the service to conceal or assist in unlawful acts, academic dishonesty, harassment, or fraud;
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the service.

We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your usage violates these terms.

2. Disclaimer of Use

We provide obfuscation tools for general-purpose content transformation and anonymization.

We do not encourage, condone, or take responsibility for how you use this tool.

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content generated or altered using our service;
• You will not use the service to produce or conceal content that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right;
• We do not guarantee or warrant the success of any obfuscation in bypassing detection tools;
• You waive all claims against us arising from misuse, damage, or downstream consequences of generated content.

You use the tool at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service;
• Any loss of data, profits, or business interruption;
• Any claims or legal actions brought against you based on your content, intent, or behavior.

Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

4. No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. No refunds shall be granted upon termination except as required by law.

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You agree to maintain a valid payment method and authorize recurring billing.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graham Zemel LLC, its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your conduct, or your breach of these terms.

9. Jurisdiction & Legal Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
