6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You agree to maintain a valid payment method and authorize recurring billing.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graham Zemel LLC, its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your conduct, or your breach of these terms.

9. Jurisdiction & Legal Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
