By accessing, creating an account on, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "the user", "customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your Google authentication token. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, credit restrictions, or enforcement actions. We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts at our discretion.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, redistribute, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties.

TextCloaker provides text transformation and obfuscation tools for general-purpose content processing. The Service applies various transformation techniques to user-submitted text. The nature, effectiveness, and outcome of such transformations may vary and are not guaranteed.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any liability for the manner in which you or any third party uses the output of the Service.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service — including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and trade secrets — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Graham Zemel LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited license expressly granted herein.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your input or output content.
We reserve the right to collect and use anonymized, aggregated usage data and analytics for the purpose of improving the Service, conducting research, and generating statistical insights, provided that such data cannot be used to identify you personally.
TextCloaker offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions ("TextCloaker Premium") are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified) and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to forfeiture upon account termination. Credit pricing and allocation may change at any time.
By subscribing or purchasing credits, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. You agree to maintain a valid payment method and to update it promptly if it changes. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Graham Zemel LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We collect and process certain personal information in connection with providing the Service, including your Google account information (name, email, profile identifier), usage data, and payment information. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You acknowledge that text submitted to the Service is transmitted to our servers for processing. While we do not permanently store the content of your processed text beyond what is necessary to provide the Service (such as cloak history), you acknowledge that transient processing occurs on our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive conduct, extended inactivity, or requests by law enforcement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
No refunds shall be granted upon termination except as may be required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as specified below.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Graham Zemel LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
