Refund & Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to TextCloaker Premium, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds – All Sales Final

• All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Subscription fees (monthly or annual),
• Prorated periods for mid-cycle cancellations,
• Charges incurred due to user error, dissatisfaction, or non-use of the service.
• No exceptions will be granted for refund requests, including but not limited to:
• Claims of accidental purchases,
• Duplicate purchases,
• Claims of misunderstanding or failure to cancel on time.

2. Strict Cancellation Process

• To cancel your subscription, you must email theteam@aiobfuscation.com with your cancellation request.
• Verbal or alternate written requests (e.g., via contact form, social media, Stripe, or your bank) are not valid.
• You are responsible for confirming that we received your cancellation email.
• All cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice, during which one final payment will be processed. Your service will remain active until the end of that final paid month.
• For example: If you email to cancel on August 15, you will be billed on September 1 and your access will end on September 30.

3. Early Termination Fee

• Canceling a monthly subscription before the end of a 3-month minimum term will incur an early termination fee of $60, billed to your card on file.
• Canceling an annual plan before a three year minimum will incur a termination fee of $90.
• Early termination fees are non-negotiable and automatically charged upon cancellation request.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

• If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute via your bank or card issuer:
• Your access to TextCloaker Premium will be immediately revoked.
• You will be liable for a Dispute Recovery Fee of $120, and we reserve the right to seek reimbursement through collection efforts or legal channels.
• We will provide Stripe with all necessary documentation to demonstrate that:
• You agreed to these terms,
• You used the product,
• The product functioned as described.

5. Subscription Terms

• All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 2.
• It is the user’s responsibility to manage and monitor billing.
• Pricing is subject to change with 15 days’ notice.
